We Provide project based support to complete initiatives including: migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 to Windows 8, installation & configuration of security software. We Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop/Laptop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user systems and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels. Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to PC boxes, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, memory chips, CD-ROMs, and so on.

We provide support for both Windows (98, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8) as well as Mac OS. We will perform services in your home/office (on-site) or we offer FREE pick-up and drop-off of your computer and we will perform all the necessary services in our shop (in-house) or on site. Where required, we'll administer and resolve issues with associated end-user attached instrumentation and process monitoring and control equipment. We Provide first-line phone support for R&D customers as needed Ensure that physical desktop connections (i.e. RJ-45 Ethernet jacks, RJ-11, Wireless g,n,ac as well as telephone modem jacks, connectors between PCs and servers, etc.) are in proper working order. We will maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring computer operations. Accurately document instances of equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
